This family-run operation, based in Brittany, works closely with over 200 local farmers to source potatoes grown just kilometres from where they’re cooked. Fried in 100% sunflower oil and seasoned with a chef’s eye for balance, Brets chips are a snapshot of French flavour, from the farm to the bag. The GPD team have extensively road tested the flavours, from classic Salt and Vinegar, to unique Pommes Frites Sauce and fancy Fromage du Jura. Comté cheese is a bit fancy here, whether in France you have access to young Comté all the way up to 3 or 4 year old Comté that is crumbly and as complex as a Christopher Nolan movie.
