Every wine produced by the Wine Farer has a journey of its own to undergo before it reaches your glass, and the success of these characterful and memorable vinos comes down to every step of that journey being treated with the utmost attention. Pairing guide
Chenin Blanc is well and truly back in fashion, and with a new generation of top-rate Chenin Blanc producers leading the field, it’s been really exciting exploring what this gorgeous wine has to offer. As any Chenin Blanc fan will tell you, this wine was born to be paired with pork - and it’s a fantastic match for classic Chinese pork dishes which mix together sweet and sour flavours. It also matches well with apple-based dishes and salads, horseradish, and vegetables cooked with lemon. Avocado and Chenin Blanc are a delicious pairing, too, and you’ll also find great results by matching this wine with fish and chips, smoked salmon, and creamy goats’ cheese.
