Details
The Project Rosé is a blend of 100% estate Syrah and Merlot making a medium-bodied, elegant and aromatic wine. Despite its pale colour, this wine is packed with concentrated berry and plum flavours. There's a pretty and lifted floral character like geranium and blossoms and an intriguing salty sea breeze note on the nose. Clean, dry and chalky with a savoury finish. Absolutely refreshing and delicious.
For more than forty years, the Wright family has been creating delicious wines of true character at Voyager Estate. It's no doubt, with that kind of time learning their vines, these guys are making top-notch stuff. Not only are their wines deliciously elegant and refined due to the cooling sea breeze of their maritime climate in the Margaret River region — where Voyager Estate resides only 5 clicks from the ocean shore (how dreamy!) — but the Wright family also has a strong commitment to sustainability. Carbon neutral, certified sustainable, and pesticide-free; they've had a long-term commitment to making fabulous wine, and they have a long-term commitment to sustainable farming. Protecting both their parcel and the planet is at the forefront in all decisions made in the vineyard and winery for these guys, and we couldn't be more on board with that.

Pairing guide
This juicy, delicious rosé wine from Voyager Estate is packed full of bright fruit flavours and is capable of standing up to an impressive range of dishes. You could pair this wine with fish and seafood (it’s going to be great with tuna salads, too), as well as a margarita pizza with extra chilli flakes, or southeast Asian cuisine. However, if you really want to find a pairing that stands out, get this wine matched up with a seafood based pasta! Garlic and butter with this crisp and quenching wine will sing together, and the inherent saltiness of prawns will be a lick-your-lips duo.
