His broad talents are well put to use at Bodega Molina, an estate that has an equally impressive history. Family owned by the Molina clan, who have lived in Argentina and Chile for the past 400 years, the estate is small but meticulously run. They focus on producing just 4 wines from their range of hand-tended vineyards - everything is done slowly and carefully to ensure the fruit that goes into the wines is in perfect condition. The preference is for full-bodied and intense wines, supported amply by a strong framework of oak.
