This is classic South American Cabernet Sauvignon, which replaces the Australiana eucalypt note with a more blackcurrant and blueberry tone. Plus, love it or hate it, there's an overtone of Ribena. This Cabernet Sauvignon shows these primary fruit tones in spades along with a nice touch of spice and plenty of grippy tannin.

It’s also known for its strong backbone of tannin – that furry, drying sensation you sometimes get with red wines. Cabernet has plenty of it, but is still a smooth talker regardless.
