Details
A King Valley Prosecco with real verve and drive. The nose starts with a fresh and complex nose of pears, year apples and lime along with the perfumed scent of jasmine flowers. Then there's a super refined texture on the palate, abcked by a burst of flavour of almond and melon. Really delicious.

The King Valley is one of Australia’s most exciting, emerging wine regions. It is located in North East Victoria – approximately three hours north of Melbourne. Home to the most picturesque and unspoilt valley in Australia, King Valley benefits from a cool climate with extremely varied terrain, that ranges from snow-capped Alps to sun baked fields. The region is home to numerous wineries, but Little Helper is one of the newest! It's a cub-label from winemakers Andrew Santarossa (Santa) and Matthew Di Sciascio (D’Sas), who met during their formative years of university. Sue Di Sciascio keeps the guys in line and is responsible for the design of the labels, amongst other things, of the different tiers of wines that are created by the gents. With many years shared studying, lots of long lunches and wine “tastings”, the inevitable happened and the decision to jump into wine production was made!

Pairing guide
Who doesn’t love a bottle of Prosecco with their lunch? The quintessential Italian sparkling wine style has long since achieved world domination, and we’re always excited to discover a new release to share with you. This sparkler from The King & I is as food-friendly and fun to drink as you’d expect, and we especially enjoyed it with classic Italian antipasti dishes like prosciutto melone, marinated artichokes, all kinds of cheeses and ravioli with ricotta and fresh herbs. Figs with gorgonzola, simple pasta dishes, spicy southeast Asian cuisine and all manner of deep-fried or breaded snacks and street food items will also hit the high notes - delicious!
