Joyously bubbly, this Blanc de Blancs (a white wine made from white grapes!) made from 100% Chardonnay grapes is bursting with fragrant citrus and apple aromas. The palate is dry, fresh and zingy, with zippy acidity making for an excellent aperitif style, and finishes clean, moreish & delicious. No added preservatives, sunshine in a bottle!

Sunshine & Spur is a new range of preservative-free and vegan-friendly varietal wines, with a focus on sustainable winemaking from regions across NSW. Named for the dappled sunshine falling on a vine spur, these are fresh and bright, drink-now styles of wine, perfect for any occasion!
