Details
If summer rays had a flavour, this would be it! Bright, full of life, with a leisurely "good vibes only" attitude, this fun blend is based on southern French white grape Picpoul. Think juicy pineapple, guava, peach and lemon zest flavours that bounce effortlessly across the palate like a beach ball passed between friends on the shoreline. Clean, refreshing, and with plenty of personality — this is the wine you want in hand, with salt water and sand in between your toes.
Souleil’s story starts in a sun-drenched wine region of southern France along the stunning Mediterranean Sea. This is where the founders, Marianne and Thomas, grew up surfing and shucking oysters. After gaining years of experience and expertise working in wine, the two childhood friends began to dream about making a wine that embodies the feel of an endless summer. Focusing on sustainability, they created Souleil Vin de Bonté, a vegan and organic wine intended to be served not just on the shoreline or poolside, but with a powerful purpose. Part of Souleil Vin de Bonté’s proceeds goes toward protecting one of the planet’s most valuable resources: our oceans! Only sip of one of their wines and you'll be transported to that warm summer vibe with long-lit days filled with sun rays. Not to mention an extra soul-satiating spark if you find yourself simultaneously splashing in the ocean.

Pairing guide
This delicious white blend from the ever-exciting Souleil winery is a real winner when it comes to crowd-pleasing flavours, fantastic versatility, and amazing food pairing options. It’s going to work perfectly with firm white fish fillets, herby sauces, and green vegetable dishes, and will also pair up very well with chicken breast recipes, roast turkey, and pork served with buttery potatoes. Simple pasta dishes are a safe bet, and it will also pair very well with Thai green curries, a chicken korma, or battered or breaded seafood, too!

Wine region

Southern France, France
Also known as the Languedoc-Roussillon wine region in the south of France is one of the largest wine-producing regions in the world. It is known for producing a wide variety of wines, including reds, whites, rosés, and sparkling wines. The region's Mediterranean climate and varied soil types, such as schist and limestone, impart distinct flavours and aromas to the grapes grown there. The area has a long history of winemaking, dating back to the Roman era, and is known for producing high-volume, high-quality wines. The most famous wines from Southern France are typically blends of indigenous grape varieties like Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, and Mourvèdre. The region is a popular destination for wine tourists, offering tastings, tours, and wine festivals.
