Details
All of the pomp and splendour we love in a good fizz... without the fuzzy head! Made entirely from Chardonnay, this 'bubbles' is a classic example of a Blanc de Blancs, sparkling with citrus fruits and crisp apple and a freshly effervescent mouthfeel. With "I can't believe it's not Champagne" vibes, it is bright in flavour, and ends dry with a hint of balanced sweetness and cleansing acidity.
Origin: It was in the USA - in 1869! Mainly Grown In: Every wine-drinking country in the world! Key Facts: Non-alcoholic wines have become very popular, possibly due to a reaction against pandemic lockdown over-imbibing, or simply a wish to live a healthier lifestyle! These wines are actually dealcoholised, meaning they’re initially made into wine and then put through a process that removes the alcohol - or most of it. Which is why you’ll see a tiny amount of alcohol listed on the label, usually around 0.5%, which is legally ‘non-alcoholic’. Sobriety Society... with the alcohol gently removed, and made from organically grown wine grapes, these heavenly drops will never leave you feeling like hell. For when you're attempting temperance, without the temptation for wine. Fun Fact: Grape seed extract contains antioxidants that are said to be beneficial for poor circulation and high cholesterol, can reduce swelling caused by injury, and also help with eye disease related to diabetes! So drink up!

Pairing guide
This zero alcohol sparkling wine is as refreshing as it is delicious, and features a gorgeous balance of fruit and acidity. We’d recommend pairing it with fried vegetable fritters, breaded tofu dishes, seitan salads, and any salad which combines fresh leaves with summer ingredients like grilled peaches. It’s also going to be delicious with spicy rice noodle dishes and vegan coconut curries.

Wine region

South Australia, Australia
South Australia is a wide and varied state when it comes to wine production. From the coastal regions of Limestone Coast and McLaren Vale, to the warmer inland valleys of Barossa and Eden, to the flats of Langhorne Creek, there's a range of terroirs and temperatures across this wide brown land. As a result, wines labelled with only South Australia can display a range of flavours! The state is probably best known for Shiraz, Grenache and Cab Sav in reds, and Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay in white. Whatever your flavour, there's plenty to explore!
