From progressive Gruner Veltliner and Verduzzo to classically Italian Sangiovese and Nebbiolo with the obviously necessary Prosecco. Thankfully Sam decided not to ride the cash cow that was Passion Pop and is making sophisticated wines for those sophisticated teenagers.
