Details
The Raywell Pinot Grigio is a classic fair, built around a structure of nashi pear and apple. Behind this structure is delicate honeysuckle and floral drive that adds depth and subtle layers.

The Good Pair Days wine team are a friendly bunch, believe it or not, however our dark and hidden secret is that we secretly long to be winemakers. Those who spend their days throwing wine barrels over their shoulders like they are mere featherweights as well as spending their weekends crushing grapes between their toes. In all seriousness, we do spend an inordinate amount of time thinking about wine and trying to give you, the consumer, the best drop in town. Enter Raywell Wines, our collaboration with Tim Adams, with an aim to provide the goods from Clare Valley. With a solid reputation behind them, we have been able to work with Tim Adams to introduce a range of goodies for you to dig into and fall in love with. Tim Adams has been one of the key wineries in the Clare Valley over the last 50 years, with a focus on classics like Riesling and a growing love of alternative varieties like Sangiovese and Fiano.

Pairing guide
This lovely Pinot Grigio from Raywell Wines is great for drinking alongside a wide range of food. It’s fresh and fruity, with a real palate-cleansing character which makes it a really great match for all kinds of spicy food; from chilli-soaked prawns, to Vietnamese, Thai and other southern Asian cuisines. It still has some richer fruit flavours that can also go alongside lemon cream sauces on chicken or pastas too. Try it with simple seafood dishes and grilled fish, or ramp up the flavour with some fiery spices and white meats if you fancy something totally different!

Wine region
South Australia, Australia
South Australia is a wide and varied state when it comes to wine production. From the coastal regions of Limestone Coast and McLaren Vale, to the warmer inland valleys of Barossa and Eden, to the flats of Langhorne Creek, there's a range of terroirs and temperatures across this wide brown land. As a result, wines labelled with only South Australia can display a range of flavours! The state is probably best known for Shiraz, Grenache and Cab Sav in reds, and Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay in white. Whatever your flavour, there's plenty to explore!
