For the third edition of the Raywell rosé, we have selected the Clare Valley. It is a lovely blend of Grenache and Sangiovese which has resulted in a bright and fragrant wine filled with berries and cherries.

The Good Pair Days wine team are a friendly bunch, believe it or not, however our dark and hidden secret is that we secretly long to be winemakers. Those who spend their days throwing wine barrels over their shoulders like they are mere featherweights as well as spending their weekends crushing grapes between their toes. Enter Raywell Wines, our collaboration with Tim Adams, with an aim to provide the goods from Clare Valley. With a solid reputation behind them, we have been able to work with Tim Adams to introduce a range of goodies for you to dig into and fall in love with. Tim Adams has been one of the key wineries in the Clare Valley over the last 50 years, with a focus on classics like Riesling and a growing love of alternative varieties like Sangiovese and Fiano.
