Details
The Raywell wines always have a focus on structure and being able to drink them straight away. This Grenache is a perfect example with cherry berry spice and soft, plush tannins.

The Good Pair Days wine team are a friendly bunch, believe it or not, however our dark and hidden secret is that we secretly long to be winemakers. Those who spend their days throwing wine barrels over their shoulders like they are mere featherweights as well as spending their weekends crushing grapes between their toes. In all seriousness, we do spend an inordinate amount of time thinking about wine and trying to give you, the consumer, the best drop in town. Enter Raywell Wines, our collaboration with Tim Adams, with an aim to provide the goods from Clare Valley. With a solid reputation behind them, we have been able to work with Tim Adams to introduce a range of goodies for you to dig into and fall in love with. Tim Adams has been one of the key wineries in the Clare Valley over the last 50 years, with a focus on classics like Riesling and a growing love of alternative varieties like Sangiovese and Fiano.

Pairing guide
Deep, juicy, and bursting with mellow fruitfulness, this delightful Grenache from Raywell is a real crowd-pleaser of a wine, perfect for bringing out for family feasts and gatherings with friends. Roasted whole chicken or chicken thighs, rubbed with plenty of herbs, is a great pairing to opt for, and it’s also going to be delicious with bean dishes, sausage casseroles, and braised beef. We loved this wine with a gently-spiced butter chicken, and we can see it working very nicely with vegetarian Indian dishes like palak paneer or gobi aloo, too.
