Meet your new poolside crush. A refreshing Pinot Noir-driven bubbly and ready to burst with flavours of lemon, green apple, and grapefruit sorbet. Light in body, big in refreshment, and the kind of bottle you want to pop to kick off the weekend or take a quick dip into after a long day at work.

There’s been a lot of talk about the Robe region in recent years, and if you’ve had your finger on the pulse of the contemporary Aussie wine scene, the chances are you’ve heard all about this special stretch of land and the awesome vino it is producing. Robe is an emerging wine region on the Limestone Coast in south-eastern South Australia, with vineyards that run along a rugged coastline where the vines are strongly influenced by the cooling effect of the Southern Ocean. This means vineyards in the region, like those of Karatta Winery, have the opportunity to create wines with pure fruit flavours and mouthwatering freshness — big win. The Karatta winery has been gaining a whole lot of interest lately, and it really isn’t difficult to see why: run by David and Peg Woods, this new Australian winery is bringing together the best of the Old World and the New, and is releasing highly drinkable and utterly delicious wines to a growing number of dedicated fans. We teamed up with them to make a wine we knew we'd be craving in moments we need quick refreshment; Friday after work, once the kids are finally in bed, or after we crush some big goals and it's time to celebrate. So for yours and our sake we created Quick Dip - a wine we think may become your favourite refreshing fling yet.

Pairing guide
Fizz like this on by Quick Dip is one of the kinds we like most. Light, breezy, refreshing, and has far too easy of a time tastefully socialising with a wide range of our favourite foods. Sip it and share as an aperitif while prepping dinner with friends, or tuck into it along with a refreshing bed of shellfish or oysters. And of course, for the beer-battered beachside takeaway lovers, make sure you've got this fizz tucked in your bag for a BYO to match up with fish, fried chicken and hot chips! The high citrus tones in this wine will act as that lemon wedge squeeze we love to cut through the delicious crunch of anything that's seen a fryer.

Wine region
Robe, Australia
Robe is a sub-region of the larger Limestone Coast wine region of South Australia and is known for producing high-quality wines. The region has a Mediterranean climate, with warm, dry summers and mild winters, which makes it ideal for growing grapes. The landscape is characterized by rolling hills, beautiful beaches, and charming towns. The region is best known for its crisp and refreshing white wines that pair particularly well with a bounty of fresh local seafood. But it's also gained a reputation for its bold and flavorful red wines. Some of the grape varieties commonly grown in the Robe wine region include Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Shiraz.
