Details
Classic and very pinot-like regardless of alcohol (or not as the case may be!), this has a gorgeous perfume of strawberries, cherries and savoury stalky notes. It’s light-bodied but true, and fresh and juicy. Lovely chilled too so pop it in the fridge!
Origin: It was in the USA - in 1869! Mainly Grown In: Every wine-drinking country in the world! Key Facts: Non-alcoholic wines have become very popular, possibly due to a reaction against pandemic lockdown over-imbibing, or simply a wish to live a healthier lifestyle! These wines are actually de-alcoholised, meaning they’re initially made into wine and then put through a process that removes the alcohol - or most of it. Which is why you’ll see a tiny amount of alcohol listed on the label, usually around 0.5%, which is legally ‘non-alcoholic’. Plus & Minus is a hand-crafted range of wines from premium, dry-grown South Australian vineyards, made without any artificial sweeteners but with the addition of grape seed extract during the winemaking process, to add body to the wine. Fun Fact: Non-alcoholic spirits and wines are also great for temporary alcohol-free challenges like Fast Feb, Dry July and OcSober - but did you know that you can also maintain your keto diet with a glass as a 100ml glass of this wine only has 6.7g carbs and 28 calories! Boom!

Pairing guide
This zero alcohol Pinot Noir has really impressed us all at Good Pair Days HQ, and packs in mountains of flavour and character alongside that distinctive silkiness and elegance. It’s a great choice for pairing with homemade beetroot patties and veggie burgers, and will work very well with tomato-based stews, casseroles, jackfruit bolognese, and other vegetarian pasta sauces. Vegetarian curries - so long as they’re not too spicy - will also be a great fit, and it’s delicious with kale and broccoli creations, and anything with braised beans or lentils.

Wine region

South Australia, Australia
South Australia is a wide and varied state when it comes to wine production. From the coastal regions of Limestone Coast and McLaren Vale, to the warmer inland valleys of Barossa and Eden, to the flats of Langhorne Creek, there's a range of terroirs and temperatures across this wide brown land. As a result, wines labelled with only South Australia can display a range of flavours! The state is probably best known for Shiraz, Grenache and Cab Sav in reds, and Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay in white. Whatever your flavour, there's plenty to explore!
