The New Disco ‘Reserve’ Sparkling is for those who like to delve into the classics. This sparkling is showing its bones with more Pinot Noir dominance with berries and cherries with some sherbert fizz and a nice touch of lemon and brioche.
The Australian wine landscape has changed a lot over the last 50 years, for one we didn’t have to contend with hard seltzers, G & T’s and a range of beers greater than a couple of options that are apparently suitable when you have a hard earned thirst. To adapt to the ever changing landscape, Good Pair Days introduced the New Disco range of wines. These modern wines are perfect for those trying to work out what to drink that is trendy for these modern times. We like to think we know what is trendy, and although only our mums think we are trendy, we still take pride in finding the trendiest of wines for our GPD customers. Our wine buyers have quite a good black book of wineries that are always happy to help with our endeavours. So for this edition of New Disco, we have teamed up with a selection of sparkling wines as well as a couple of classic still wines. Stay tuned for what we have to come, and enjoy being trendy.

Pairing guide
Elegant, crisp, and effortlessly celebratory, New Disco 'Reserve' Sparkling is a bottle that brings the good vibes to any occasion. With fine bubbles and notes of citrus, green apple, and a hint of brioche, it’s the perfect match for fresh oysters, smoked salmon, or buttery lobster rolls. Its bright acidity also makes it a winner with creamy cheeses like Brie or a truffle-infused camembert. And if you’re in the mood for something sweet? Pair it with zesty lemon tart or fresh strawberries for a classic, refreshing treat.

Wine region

Riverland, Australia
Located in the heart of South Australia, the Riverland wine region is a tropical paradise for wine lovers. The region was formerly known for its traditional wines, particularly Shiraz, Chardonnay, and Grenache as well as its abundance of sunshine and beautiful scenery. In the last few years it's added a raft of Mediterranean varieties to its charm - think Fiano and Nero d'Avola. The warm climate and fertile soils of the Riverland make it a perfect place for grape growing, and the wines produced there are bursting with flavour. So why not explore the wines of the Riverland and discover a new favourite?
