Pairing guide
This deliciously refreshing Sauvignon Blanc from the ever-exciting Moss Brothers really highlights the purity and beauty of their stunning fruit. As for food-pairing, this wine is going to provide no shortage of versatility, and you’re likely to get great results with almost any white meat, fish, or vegetable dish imaginable. However, it has a particular affinity for silky white fish fillets with a spritz of citrus, as well as with chicken, tofu, or goats’ cheese salads. Green vegetable dishes, especially asparagus, green beans, and artichokes, are always a great choice, and it’s also superb with stir-fried broccoli.
