Details
This pale, slightly golden Sauvignon Blanc has classy aromas of grapefruit and green melon. It is very fresh on the palate, and has a lovely herbaceous character that doesn't dominate but instead sits alongside the fresh fruit.

If you’re a fan of a lime twist in your drinks, the smell of fresh cut grass in the morning, and have been told you are intense or that "you sure stand out in a crowd", well, you’ve met your match. Sauvignon Blanc is an all-dials-at-max kind of grape, which means it's going to fist pump your senses with its intense (and sometimes pungent) aromas, mouth-watering freshness and a cleansing herbaceous character. As one of the most planted white grapes in the world, it’s no wonder it has claimed hearts in various styles; It can be lean and zesty when it’s from cooler climates and fuller and more tropical when grown in warmer ones. This pale, slightly golden Sauvignon Blanc has classy aromas of grapefruit and green melon. Pairing guide
This Sauvignon Blanc is a fantastic example of everything we love about this grape. Fresh, zesty, and packed full of exciting flavours, as soon as we tasted it, we just knew it was going to be fantastic for food pairing. Like most Sauvignon Blanc, this one from Mi Terruno pairs amazingly well with herb-based dishes, green veggies, kale, asparagus, and goats’ cheese. It’s also a real winner with light and freshly-cooked seafood, and more delicate fillets of white fish like sole, bream, or bass. Keep it fresh, keep it simple, and you’re sure to discover fabulous results!
