Details
The palest pink, this rosato (rosé in Italian, dontcha know?) made from Orange Sangiovese, screams lazy afternoons with not a care in the world, with rose petal & orange zest notes and that strawberries-and-cream thing going on that we love so much in good rosé. With a steely, mineral palate for freshness and a pretty fruit-driven dance of light red berries across your tongue, it’s totally smashabile (smash-ab-ilay = Italian for smashable!).

Pairing guide
Dry, bright and deliciously crisp, this rosato from Mercer is going to be a real winner at your next dinner party or barbecue. It's great with grilled chicken dishes, Mediterranean specialities of pink lamb, pomegranate chicken, shawarma or falafel, and with roast salmon or seared tuna with an Asian slaw. Tomato-based pasta sauces, medium curries and Asian beef dishes will also work brilliantly.
