Details
A lively, crowd-pleasing sparkler with fresh citrus, green apple, and a hint of brioche on the nose. Crisp and clean on the palate, it brings fine bubbles and a zesty, refreshing finish that makes it perfect for any celebration—or just because. Think sunshine in a glass, with just the right touch of elegance and fizz.

Tucked away in the sun-drenched heart of Central Victoria, McPherson Wines has been crafting vibrant, expressive wines for over half a century. Founded in 1968 by industry trailblazer Jock McPherson and now helmed by his son Andrew, the winery has grown into one of the region’s most respected names—balancing family tradition with a fresh, modern outlook. The vineyards, located across the rich soils of the Goulburn Valley and Strathbogie Ranges, thrive under long, warm days and cool, crisp nights—ideal conditions for producing fruit-forward wines with real personality. At the winemaking helm is Jo Nash, a powerhouse talent who brings both finesse and innovation to the cellar. As one of the few female head winemakers in the region, Jo combines technical know-how with an adventurous spirit—championing minimal intervention techniques that let the fruit shine. Sustainability is more than a buzzword here: McPherson Wines are actively reducing their carbon footprint through water conservation, lightweight packaging, and a commitment to responsible vineyard practices. The result? Honest, joyful wines made with heart, heritage, and a healthy respect for the land they call home.

Pairing guide
Deliciously dry and oh-so tempting, this Brut sparkling wine definitely hits the high notes when it comes to elegance and distinction. As for food pairing, it would be easier to list what this doesn’t pair with - it’s great with deep-fried Indian-style starters and nibbles, delicious with grilled seafood, and great with salads. It’s also going to pair really nicely with fried rice dishes, spicy curries, and shellfish tossed in garlic and chilli butter, as well as with all your favourite charcuterie and cheeses.

Wine region
Goulburn Valley, Australia
Goulburn Valley is known for more than just ‘Peaches, Mangoes, Peaches,’ as the wine that comes out of this region is of amazing quality as well. The region has areas that have been producing wine since the mid 1800s and is known for producing high quality Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay as well as becoming iconic for rhone varieties like Marsanne, Roussanne and Viognier. Here you will find the equally iconic wineries of Tahbilk and Mitchelton which are located in the sub-region of Goulburn Valley, Nagambie.
