Details
Bubbles, yes, but barely. This Moscato is slightly fizzy but so bouncy, light and bright! Perfumed with lemon kombucha, candy floss and sherbet lemon drops, the palate is simply fresh, alive and sweet, popping with Korean grapes, citrus, talc and a zesty acidity humming along with lashings of candy floss flavour and fizz. Expressive and yet, oh so delicately pure! Yum.

Meet a new brand of 'cool' in the form of Moscato. Kismet is produced by the younger siblings of Joval Wine Co. and this 'finger on the pulse' crew share the same genetic code as many of the other great wineries in the group. This is a company heritage that values integrity and passion for wine... and while this Victorian brand may be in its relative infancy, the understated promise of 'Kismet' is already proving to be something innovative, splashing 'glittery sweet sparkles' amongst the crowded wine landscape. As you Moscato lovers may already know, it can be a jungle out there! A wilderness of colour, bubbles, sugar and alcohol... and this myriad of styles proves Moscato is in many ways still finding its focus. Our hot tip? The simplicity. Moscato shines in its simplest form; this is where you find true beauty, and Kismet sure is one pure beauty! Vegan-friendly and stylish in chartreuse yellow-green, worthy of an invite to the Met Gala, 'Kismet' is written in the stars.

Pairing guide
You really can’t beat a great bottle of Moscato, and this beautiful sparkling and slightly sweet release from Kismet definitely tickled our taste buds in the most tantalising way. We always like to pair wines like this with salty fried foods - salt and pepper tofu, vegan fritters and meat-free dhal or jambalaya - and spicy Caribbean dishes. However, it’s also going to be great with desserts of red berries and other slightly acidic fruits, providing ample opportunities for food-pairing perfection.

Wine region
Victoria, Australia
Victoria is the second smallest state but is home to more regions and individual wineries than any other state in Australia. This is thanks to the diversity of regional and micro climates, that allow for the every imaginable wine style under the sun, from stylish and refined Chardonnay (Beechworth) to brooding, finessed Shiraz (Heathcote); intense and complex Pinot Noir (Macedon Ranges) to unique and decadent fortified (Rutherglen), you’ll find a wine to suit any occasion from the diverse regions of Victoria.
