Details
With the trademark pink tinge from Pinot Gris/Grigio skins, this evocative skin contact beauty is like a riot of flavour, with orange, watermelon, tangerine and peach. For all that fruit salad juiciness, this carries a serious crunch, with an earthy and drying finish that makes this a rather commanding wine. Important to note - don't drink this too cold!

The game changer. That's how Charlie Villard has been described, with his new take on Chilean wines rightly admired for taking the Casablanca Valley into a new millennium. Under his family's Villard Wines label, he has made smart, classy examples of Chilean classics from the family's beautiful 28-ha property. Pairing guide
With its beautiful pinkish skin and delicately balanced freshness and flavour, this skin contact Pinot Grigio deeply impressed us and had us reaching for more… and we just know you’re going to love it, too. When it comes to food pairing, this wine is going to be brilliant with all kinds of flavourful seafood dishes - especially surf ‘n’ turf combos like prawns with chorizo, scallops with prosciutto or king prawns with fillet steak. Chickpeas, quinoa, couscous and other grains will be an excellent match, and it’s also wonderful with risotto dishes, marinated seafood, fish stews and chicken with apricots or other fruits. Delicious!
