Crisp, dry and delightfully playful, this is a great value fizz for any night or day! It is fresh and lively, with hints of green apple and Packham pear. It has a lovely softness on the palate, thanks to the gentle bead, and has crisp, refreshing acidity that makes it perfect for most occasions. A real allrounder, this is a great bottle to have on hand!

Vignerons Pip and Justin Jarrett have been growing grapes in the cool climate region of Orange, NSW for twenty five years! Located over 3 hours drive due west of Sydney, the small region is home to a host of innovative growers and winemakers who believe in the inherent quality of the grapes that can be grown in this genuinely cool region. Their philosophy is to create balance and harmony, and thus energetic and enjoyable wines, through sustainable farming practices. A balanced ecosystem in the vineyard is reflected in the wines, with lush acidity and generous fruit perfectly pitched. Justin is a champion for Prosecco in these cool climes, and is inspired by the success of the variety in Victoria's King Valley. Low in alcohol but high in flavour, the recent wines have shown that the Jarrett's just might be on to a winner! Crisp, dry and delightfully playful, this is a great value fizz for any night or day! Pairing guide
Everyone loves a great glass of Prosecco with their dinner, and Jarrett’s really allows those ripe orchard fruit flavours to come across in spectacular style on the palate. When it comes to food pairing possibilities, the results are more or less endless: this wine really works beautifully with fried or grilled potato dishes, creamy sauces, stuffed zucchini, tomato, or mushrooms, a massive range of soft and runny cheeses, nuts and grains, grilled and fried fish and seafood… and a thousand other things besides. We especially enjoy this wine with spicy Thai, Indian, and Chinese nibbles and starters, so don’t hesitate to go for bold and boisterous flavours when it comes to pairing with this delicious fizz!
