Details
This drinks exactly like you want Prosecco to! A gorgeous citrus peel and floral fruitiness greets you on that first sip, balanced by chalky minerality and notes of hay. It’s effervescent and juicy, and ends with a lovely pear drop tang. Labelled 'Extra Dry', with 15 grams of residual sugar, it’s on the fruitier spectrum, but the balance with acidity is so good all you’ll concentrate on is its easy-drinking charm that has made Prosecco such a popular drink in the last few years!

Isadora Prosecco was created by winemaker Alberto Marchisio, a native of Piedmont who made his home in Veneto, who is now in charge of one of the biggest wineries in the region, Cantina Colli Vicentini in Montecchio Maggiore. Whilst founded in 1955, it has been during the last ten years that Alberto has dramatically improved the quality of the wines, with a focus on fruit purity and producing the highest quality grapes with the most modern technology, whilst also safeguarding local traditions. The fruit for the Isadora is grown primarily on the hills of volcanic soil south of Vicenza called the Colli Berici, where the hillside, north-facing vineyard sites ensure lower yields and optimum ripeness of the grapes, whilst preserving the delicate aromas needed for the wines.
