Details
Winemaker Leisha Munro has stretched her legs a bit for this new bubbly, sourcing grapes from the home of Australia's best Prosecco, Victoria's King Valley. She's delivered a beautifully fresh and vibrant fizz too, with this delicate appley number like a fresh mountain stream (just with alcohol, and some pretty white flowers, and more appley fruits). Low in alcohol, high in refreshment and hard to put down!
The Hidden Sea - a brand based in the Limestone Coast in South Australia. Their mission (apart from making great wine of course?) - to do their part, and more, in cleansing the sea of plastic and other pollution. With the help of their partners ReSea, they have committed that for every case of The Hidden Sea sold, they remove and recycle the equivalent of 60 plastic bottles from the ocean. Impressive! It's a commitment, a promise for a brighter, untarnished future for our waters. So, with every sip, join in this journey of restoration and taste the harmony of preservation. The wines come from across the Limestone Coast and southern South Australia, covering a wide range of varieties, but they all manage to be fresh and digestible. Winemaker Leisha Munro has travelled the world making wine, and in recent years has settled in South Australia and guides these wines to bottle from vine. Juicy and clean, they're a range well worthy of your attention.

Pairing guide
There’s a real sense of carefree fun and frivolity that runs through this gorgeous Prosecco from Hidden Sea, despite it displaying some serious dedication to the fine craft of Italian sparkling wine. It’s the ideal wine for pairing with a massive array of tasty dishes and ingredients, and works especially well with fruits and fruity appetisers, hard cheeses, and charcuterie… alongside all the dips, pastries, and salads you might pack on a picnic. It’s also great with spicy Asian cuisine, especially chilli noodles, wasabi-spiked sushi, and satay.
