Details
So much personality in this sassy Rosé! A 'field' blend of Pinot Meunier, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir - they are so delicious together too. Fragrant rose petals with both tropical and red fruits - passionfruit, cherries and cranberries, backed by a minerally / smoky element. Textural and complex, vibrant and juicy, a slightly creamy Rosé with so much going on.

Ghost Rock is situated on the edge of Northern Tasmania, in a super exposed, windy coastal spot on the Cradle Coast. Here, the weather is extreme. Despite being relatively close to where the Spirit of Tasmania docks, we consider Ghost Rock to be a pretty remote spot, and it is a super cool site. We mean in temperature its cool, and, sure its also cool in every other way. Maybe the ghosts around here lower the temperature... that would be cool?! The vines of Ghost Rock get bashed by such ferociously strong, cold winds, that there's few varieties that would even begin to perform well here. Magically, it's on the Cradle Coast you'll find one of our absolute favourite wines. Ghost Rock finds itself at the forefront of Tasmania’s exciting, next-generation winemaker list. Husband & wife combination Justin Arnold & Alicia Peardon, really do make the famously fastidious Pinot truly happen. With the completion of their state-of-the-art winery in 2015, the couple have been crafting superb, low intervention-style wines which reflect the extraordinary coastal location they inhabit.

Pairing guide
Breaking the mould yet again, P3 is a heady blend of Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Gris varietals, lending this rosé an unmissable character that speaks volumes about its Tassie terroir. It’s a great wine for pairing with grilled vegetables, butter beans, and couscous, and you’ll get fantastic results with a pasta salad or other picnic pies and savoury favourites. Salmon en croûte, Japanese sando, and pulled pork will also work here, as will creamy mushrooms on toast and family dishes like lasagna.

Wine region
Cradle Coast, Australia
The Cradle Coast is located in the north of Tasmania, with the nearest town of Devonport surrounding the region. Tasmania as a state is the official region, choosing not to claim separate sub-regions for each area, however there are a lot of different regions on offer on the Apple Isle. Cradle Coast has a handful of wineries producing amazing sparkling wines as well as table wines from Riesling, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
