Details
From an organically tended vineyard in the northeastern corner of Spain, this is a serious beast with a playful edge. Predominantly Grenache (referred to as Garnacha in Spain!), blended with a small amount of Carignan, the wine shows plenty of dark plum fruits and a juicy undercurrent of bay leaves and thyme. Plenty of fresh acidity without the impediment of oak – delicious.
