Wehlener Sonnenuhr is one of the most famous vineyards in the Mosel. This plot has such a sunny disposition that it features an ancient sundial (Wehlener Sonnenuhr means the sundial of Wehlen). Sun is important when you're trying to make ripe and powerful Riesling in a chilly region, and this incredibly powerful and concentrated dry Riesling is something else.
