Details
This classy fizz pushes the delicious meter to the limit. Peach skin, rose petals and smooth strawberry cream flavours with a savoury toastiness. These bubbles dance across the palate with effortless finesse. There's no shortage of complexity and poise here yet there's still a playful whimsical gesture that makes this wine tick all the best bubbly boxes.

Domaine Bouché is a labour of love, excellence, and legacy. It all started In 1920 when Abel Bouché began to farm one hectare in Champagne (that's small!). Over several generations of passionate lineage committed to growing quality grapes, the family decided to extend their involvement in the process and starts making wines too! Though Champagne may hold more fame, in search of more vines to make wine from, the family began a search for new terroir. They decided to settle in Digne d'Aval, a former village in the Limoux region of southwest France — the land of the very first sparkling wines in the world! Today the Bouché estate covers 40 hectares and the fourth generation is running the ship, three brothers, Guillaume, Valentin, and Paul. Their method is the traditional one, much like the world's finest fizz, making wines of immense finesse, elegance and refinement.

Pairing guide
Everybody loves a glass of pink fizz, but this rosé Crémant de Limoux truly dials up the sophistication, offering an amazing bouquet and delicious range of soft fruit flavours. It’s the ideal pairing for raw meat and shellfish dishes - carpaccio, tartare, and sushi, especially - and will also work well with Moroccan lamb creations, duck breast specialities, and spiced charcuterie like ‘nduja and blood sausage. Liver pâtés, olives with mint and parsley, and nuttier cheeses will also work well, and it’s going to be heavenly with desserts of red berries or plums. Yum!
