Deliberately built in a less fizzy, more delicate mode, this yellow gold Pet Nat is blend of Riesling & Gewürztraminer with both grapes giving an aromatic punch. Tangerine, orange rind, preserved lemon but also peach and lychee. Lots to get your head around. It's still an affable wine that you can't help but love for its gentle edges (except for a welcome late orange bitterness to keep things fresh). How can you resist the golden yellow apple charm?
