Delatite are famous for aromatic whites but this textural Chardonnay feels like it stirs in a little peachy fruit fun too. It's still cool, collected, and classy but with a flourish of yellow fruit, vanilla beans and nougat, with this really clever balance between winemaking weight and crispness.

If you've ever driven to the snowfields of Mt Buller in the Victorian High Country, you would have gone straight past the front gate of Delatite wines. In particular, Gewürztraminer and Riesling are sublime here, tapping into the more-than-fifty-year-old vines to produce extraordinary white wines of intensity rarely seen in Australia.
