Details
A deliciously drinkable fizz with citrus and stone fruit notes here from Condelier. Notes of apricot and lime zest leap from the glass, with vibrant acidity paving the way to lots of freshness and just a hint of sweetness on the finish.

Spain is such an untapped treasure trove of wine, with so many regions and wineries that we would never see here in Australia, often with unpronounceable grapes and so many interesting flavours. These Condelier wines are a great example of what we typically miss out on! An offshoot from the Bodeguera family's ViniGalicia winery in Galicia, at the far NE end of Spain, the Condelier label is reserved purely for sparkling wines with a big emphasis on juicy flavours. Drawing from grapes across northern Spain, the style here is about freshness and fun, and all made using classic Spanish grapes (like Macabeo and Garnacha). This is the first time ever that these wines will come to Australia, and we're pretty sure you'll love them as much as we do!

Pairing guide
The team at Condelier certainly knows its way around a good bottle of sparkling wine, and this beautiful release is right up there with the very best of them. Effortlessly versatile, it’s a great match for light lunchtime bites featuring fresh seafood like prawns, silky prosciutto and vegetarian canapes. It’s also brilliant with heartier fish dishes of hake or monkfish, curried cauliflower, Thai crab cakes, tortilla and other tapas favourites, oysters and savoury filo pastries. Delicious!
