Details
A classic Aussie Prosecco with a subtle shade of pink! They have achieved this with some skin contact from some Barbera grapes, which influences the wine with a nice touch of spice. The Prosecco takes over with red apple and pear notes that finish more classically, however the Barbera addition is a real winner!

Pairing guide
Who doesn’t love a pink Prosecco with their lunch? This delicious bottle of elegant fizz is a delight to serve alongside a massive range of foods and ingredients, but we especially loved it with lightly spiced white meats and vegetables - think jerk pork or pomegranate chicken - as well as with charcuterie, all kinds of cheese, and anything featuring a red berry vinaigrette or similar sweet-and-savoury hit. Chorizo tapas, vegetarian antipasti, marinated olives and prawns will work well, and it’s also great with berry or apple based desserts and chocolate, too!
