The Casa Bollen Sauvignon Blanc is a lovely combination of tropical fruit punch and zippy acidity, that will work on a hot day by the pool or in the kitchen while whipping up something delicious. There are some pineapple and passionfruit notes to start before the wine hits the sweetspot with some celery and herbal patterns.

The Good Pair Days wine team were impressed with their Chilean brands, Casa Bollén and Viña Las Niñas as well as the sparkling wines from Baron D’Arignac. On first visiting Les Grands Chais, apart from being overawed with the amount of wines at our fingertips, the team found the wines to be made with a strong focus on quality and showcasing regionality in each bottle. They each have their own story to tell and whether you are a fan of classical styles or discovering something new, they have you covered.
