Details
A distinctive rosé made from a blend of Garnacha, Monastrell and Syrah. It opens with aromas of fresh red fruit, like pomegranate and wild raspberry, along with a kick of blood orange. On the palate it is juicy, refreshing and energetic. It reveals lively acidity, a smooth mid-palate and a long finish. Super enjoyable and lively.
Meet Bruno Duchêne, an adventurous soul hailing from the enchanting Loire Valley. His family were farm machine engineers, but he became a mycologist (a mushroom expert!) who fell in love with agriculture and wine. He apprenticed to famed Burgundian winemaker Frederic Cossard. Here, in the region of Saint Romain, where biodynamic wonders bloom, the art of winemaking painted its secrets on Bruno's eager mind. Fast forward to today, and Bruno's own winemaking abode is nestled in Banyuls-sur-Mer on the radiant Côte Vermeille. Think of it as the spot where the Pyrenees and Mediterranean have a breathtaking rendezvous - a picturesque region known as Collioure. The landscape's vibrant hues and dramatic dance once inspired artistic legends like Matisse. His winemaking is intuitive and gentle; and the wines reflect this. Pure, juicy and silken, they are a joy to drink. From silken reds to tangy whites, and a complex, spicy rosé to boot. These are wines you don't want to miss.

Pairing guide
We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again - when it comes to rosé, the south of France is king! This elegant pale pink bottle delivers everything you want from the region, and it’s going to pair magnificently with a massive array of fish and seafood dishes, the more simply cooked, the better. It’s also a great pairing for creamy rice preparations, chicken thigh stews and hotpots, and opulent offal dishes such as chicken liver pâté. It’s also a good choice for quality charcuterie, and will bring the perfect finishing touch to your cheese board.
