Details
This Prosecco rosé from the Austin’s team is a lovely example of Australian ingenuity, with the pink blush coming from a tiny bit of Geelong Pinot Noir added into the prosecco. With a nice apple and strawberry balance and fizzy strawberry sherbert, this is an instant winner.

Pairing guide
Austin’s Prosecco Rosé is your anytime excuse to open something sparkling. With its delicate bubbles, hints of strawberries and citrus blossom, and a dry, refreshing finish, it’s a natural match for light, flavourful fare. We love it with sushi, prawn tacos, or summer salads with goat cheese and berries. It’s equally at home next to picnic plates—think smoked salmon bagels, prosciutto and melon, or a crunchy Vietnamese slaw. For something sweet, try it with pavlova or citrus tarts. Effortlessly stylish and always easygoing, it’s the pink fizz that plays well with (almost) everything.
