Details
Dry sparkling rosé is like the little black dress of wines. You really can't go wrong. It goes with everything, suits all occasions, and likens to almost every palate! This organic Cava rosé is a textbook example of what we're talking about. Clean, bright and full of juicy yet delicate flavours. Strawberry, peach blossom and clean mineral freshness. This wine's all about its pristine yet charming character. It even gets flirty with a playful touch of peaches and cream that dance across the palate — all before bringing things back with a first-class, finely textured finish.

The Penedes region, famously adjoining the outer neighbourhoods of Barcelona, is best known for its production of Cava, the national Spanish sparkling wine. Although not the only locale for Cava, it is by far the most prestigious. Arts de Luna is on the western outskirts of the region, a small winery, working organically to produce a wonderful range of wines Since their creation in 2010, the brand has come along in leaps and bounds. Not only are they working with six different Cava grape varieties (most wineries only use three), but their vineyards are all certified organic, lending the wines extra succulence, and ensuring a sustainable future for the land. They age their wines for at least a year prior to release, harmonising the wines, and adding extra layers of flavour.

Pairing guide
Ooh, this pink sparkler is something a little special for your al fresco lunches as the weather gets warmer! With its beautiful blushing colour and potent fruit flavours, this wine is going to pair gorgeously with smoked salmon, seared tuna, and pretty much anything featuring fat, juicy prawns cooked simply over a blazing heat. Cold cuts and charcuterie are always a good idea with a rosé Cava, and richer meats like duck will also hit the spot nicely. If you fancy something sweet, this wine will also pair very well with a dessert of red berry fruits, too.
