To share and celebrate the best of our way of life, Altina has pioneered new methods to make non-alcoholic drinks that break the mould; a celebration of drinking alternatives, sobriety and moderation. Altina alcohol-free drinks are made in a unique way, combining the latest in green chemistry with the highest quality ingredients for plant-based indulgence. The process starts with specially chosen air-dried botanicals that are then cold-steeped for a minimum of 36 hours to extract their complex flavours while capturing all the wonderful aromas. This is done without the use of sugar syrup or alcohol, both of which can overpower delicate flavours and affect mouthfeel. They then triple filter out any impurities to maximise taste and for visual clarity. This drink is rosé, but not as you know it! This perfect pink blends 'de-alcoholised' Australian Sauvignon Blanc and Shiraz with native Australian Kakadu Plum to create a glorious rosé experience (and flavour) but with zero alcohol. It smells of raspberry, strawberry, and pink rose petals, with the plum adding just a hint of spice. Altina 'Sansgria' NV Sansgria is a non-alcoholic sparkling red built from natural ingredients and native Australian botanicals, with native australian riberry, de-alcoholised Shiraz, sweet orange, tart lemon and cayenne pepper. It’s invitingly purple in colour, with juicy blackcurrant, cranberry and orange zest aromas. It’s fruity and bubbly backed up by a savoury, vinous spice note, and has a little tannin edge. Served well chilled, it’s a delicious non-alc alternative! Altina 'La Vie en Rose' NV La Vie en Rose is a non-alcoholic sparkling rosé made with native rosella, pink rose petals, hibiscus flowers, sweet orange peel, and cayenne pepper. Pretty, pale pink and bubbly in the glass, on the nose it’s vibrantly aromatic with rose petals, hibiscus, lychee and Turkish delight notes. Fruity florals linger; this is a perfect brunch beverage if ever there was!

Interesting to note

De-alcoholised wine can often taste less sweet because alcohol gives a perception of sweetness! That's often why we see non-alc wines with a little added fruit for a juicier edge.
