Story
That Spirited Lot (TSL) is a family-owned craft distillery based in Seaford, on the Bay side of Victoria's Mornington Peninsula, founded by siblings Jon-Paul and Chris Willigenburg, along with sisters Kate Barton and Sarah Barton. What began as a dream between family members has grown into a vibrant, award-winning distillery that dips toes into all sorts of projects.
It was gin that first kicked off the story here, but it has since grown to include vodka, mixers, and all sorts of drinks, typically using locally sourced botanicals and fruits, often collaborating with nearby Mornington Peninsula growers and producers. There's a strong sustainability focus here, too, from the 100% recyclable packaging to the solar-powered distillery to the BLVD syrups, which were developed to use up leftover botanical ingredients from the distilling process and reduce organic waste.
That House Pour is exactly what everyone needs around the house. A TSL take on a traditional London Dry Gin, this is crisp, refreshing, loaded high on juniper and driven by a distinctly light and refreshing citrussy style that couldn't be any more primed for a splash of dry tonic!

The perfect pairing here is just a decent gin glass, but honestly, this gin is so pure and fresh that you could drink it out of a bucket and it would still be tasty!
