Story
After years behind the bar, Melbourne Martini founder Dylan Alexander realised in 2015 that there was a serious gap in the world of cocktails, tapping into that sensation that we all want better, more real premixed options. That spurred him to start bottling (and canning) a range of dead serious martinis that require only a shake to drink.
The Melbourne Martini range started off with Espresso Martini and Salted Caramel Espresso Martini but then traversed into Amaretto Sour, Margaritas and Negroni (and they're delicious). More than delicious, these cocktails have bagged medals all over the globe, showing that it's not just us that love these cocktails.
Importantly, these cocktails remain Melbourne-made, with the Espresso Martini range using locally brewed coffee and vodka as a start, with the range proudly gluten-free and vegan.
The Salted Caramel Espresso Martini is the OG Espresso Martini's younger sibling. It's made from the same base as the original, but the addition of caramel with a little hint of salt creates that sweet and salty contrast that everyone loves.

PAIRING GUIDE
Obviously, a martini like this is best served out of a big glass, well chilled, with a bunch of besties by your side. But that doesn't mean we're dropping the ball on the pairing front, we especially like this with pastries - a chocolate-based cake or pie would be excellent here, especially if there is some caramel or dulce de leche in the mix.
