Story
Dr. Loosen is a winemaker who might have more in common with Dr. Emmett from Back to the Future than he does with his Mosel wine-growing neighbours. A guy who has travelled more than everybody you know combined. He is an unstoppable creative with projects worldwide, all about his favourite subject - wine. Not just any wine, Ernie is a Riesling fanatic.
An estate owner who believes 'a great wine comes from the head', and these wines are all about the expression of the soil and a wonderful abundance of sunshine-kissed fruits. Think bottled pure joy, from the bone-dry expressions to the wildest, richest Eiswein magic. One of the great characters, and with wonderfully charismatic wines to match.
Finally, a serious non-alcoholic sparkling wine! It's a bubbly German Riesling (known as a 'sekt') but with the alcohol removed. Importantly, the core juice here is premium Mosel Riesling, so you end up with a wine that has all the juicy honey and melon Riesling fruit and a crisp finish, all delivered with zero alcohol.

PAIRING GUIDE
There is nothing but joyous fruit in this de-alcoholised German Riesling, which makes it an incredibly easy drink to pair with on the dinner/brunch/breakfast table. The breakfast part is important because bacon and eggs are an unlikely hero pairing, especially with the juicy, fresh fruit of this wine contrasting with the salty bacon. It's otherwise a fantastic brunch wine, especially with salads that incorporate richer sauces, fresh and zesty pasta and pasta salad, grilled seafood, salty noodles and rice based dishes that have a salty edge to them.
