Story
With Dayse, Byron Bay-based couple Jack Freestone & Alana Blanchard have a mission. They want to make a delicious, healthier alternative beverage to alcohol that comes without hangovers or empty calories.
Teaming up with the QLD crew at Organica Beverage Co, they've created what is effectively a new category called 'Functional Spritz'. Using plant-based extracts and incorporating adaptogens and nootropics, they're working to tailor a desired effect on the body/mind while also being delicious. With a raft of more than worthy alternatives to alcoholic drinks, Jack & Alan believe that Dayse is 'the future of drinking'.
Easing sees the Dayse range take a different angle, with a fascinating ginger take that combines ginger with organic agave syrup, passionflower and the nootropic L-Theanine. It's a non-alcoholic, low-calorie, and proudly all-natural.
Gingery and tangy, this citrussy, bittersweet drink is all about calm, especially given that ginger is known to help with indigestion. It's a tasty drink with flavour and purpose!

PAIRING GUIDE
The joy of this gingery Dayse spritz is all about contrasts - tangy, slightly bittersweet and extra refreshing. It's a winner for a little refreshment across a range of pairings, and we especially like it with Chinese fried noodles and fried dishes, where the slight sweetness works a treat with something salty and spicy. Thai or Indian curry, right through to rich massman or even hot vindaloo will work nicely here too.
