Altina’s mission is to create a new way for Australians to socialise. To share and celebrate the best of our way of life, Altina has pioneered new methods to make non-alcoholic drinks that break the mould, such as a celebration of drinking alternatives, sobriety, and moderation.
Altina alcohol-free drinks are made in a unique way, combining the latest in green chemistry with the quality ingredients for plant-based indulgence. The process starts with specially chosen air-dried botanicals that are then cold-steeped for at least 36 hours to extract complex flavours while capturing all the wonderful aromas. This is done without the use of sugar syrup or alcohol, both of which can overpower delicate flavours and affect mouthfeel, and then a triple-filtration to remove impurities.
Altina alcohol-free drinks may contain small amounts of natural sugars; however, unlike their competitors, no cane sugar or grape juice concentrate is added to the products. The result is a naturally non-alcoholic drink with specially selected ingredients that interact with your taste receptors to build complexity as you sip.
AVEC FlowState is 'Australia’s first functional non-alcoholic wines' with a de-alcoholised wine infused with L-theanine and magnesium and producing a drink designed to 'support a state of calm and focus'. We love the sentiment, and more importantly, this yuzu spritz take is very drinkable. Combining yuzu with apple cider vinegar and green tea, the flavour here is citrussy, tangy and quite floral with extra freshness at its core.

The key here is the limey yuzu tang, which makes this refreshing, non-alcoholic drink a real winner with lighter-style dishes.
