Details
Ripe citrus and stone fruits shine here - grapefruit, lemon, peach, apricot, with tropical notes of pineapple, mango, and melon, lifted by delicate white flowers. Layers of butter, cream, biscuit, lemon curd, and sweet spices mingle with roasted hazelnuts and caramel pralines for a rich, indulgent nose. It's full-bodied and silky, with incredible flavour intensity. It's vegan-friendly, creamy, complex, and built to pair beautifully with food.

Lou Miranda Estate is a family-owned boutique winery nestled in the Southern end of the Barossa Valley, South Australia. Established by Lou Miranda with the support of his wife Val and daughters Lisa, Angela, and Victoria, the estate reflects a lifelong commitment to producing premium wines from exceptional fruit. Spanning 100 acres across four sites, including four centenarian old vine blocks dating back to 1897, the estate embodies Lou’s father’s philosophy that “you can only make great wine with great fruit.” Every vintage is handcrafted with care, ensuring wines that express the rich character of the Barossa while maintaining elegance, balance, and depth. The winery’s portfolio combines tradition and innovation, from the super-premium Old Vine Shiraz sourced from historic vines to the Leone range, named in honour of Lou’s mother, Caterina Leone. Inspired by generations of Italian heritage - beginning with Francesco ‘Pop’ Miranda’s arrival in Australia in 1938 - the Miranda family continues to craft wines that celebrate the land, family, and community. Lou Miranda Estate is as much about sharing stories and hospitality as it is about wine, with visitors invited to experience cellar door tastings, vineyard tours, and masterclasses that showcase both the wines and the warmth of the family behind them.
