Pairing guide
The winemakers at La Seigneurie know how to truly satisfy the senses with their bold and complex red wines, and this Cabernet Franc is really no exception. Eminently versatile with deeply savoury and satisfying dishes, it’s a top-notch pairing for braised beef recipes, unctuous casseroles of slow-cooked lamb, beef, pork and root vegetables, and bistro favourites like tartare of beef, cassoulet and bangers and mash with onion gravy. Roast chicken or duck with vegetables, lentil and bean stews, ratatouille and creole and cajun red meat dishes will also provide excellent options to explore.
