Details
This is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Melon de Bourgogne, better known for its role in the famous wines of Muscadet. This wine is nettly and brisk, with steely acid and salinity from top to bottom—easy-drinking, but with a subtle complexity and seriousness about it.

Step into the world of Jérémie Huchet, a vintner who's carved out his corner in the illustrious Muscadet sub-region of France's Loire Valley. Jérémie's journey began as a young lad, charmed by the vineyards that surrounded his family home. It was in these verdant rows that he first learned the art of winemaking from his grandfather before taking over the estate in 2001. Today, Jérémie continues this tradition, interweaving his forefathers' techniques with his innovative practices. His winery, a harmonious blend of old and new, is a sight to behold. Picture rustic stone buildings housing polished steel vats, where Jérémie carefully crafts his wines. His approach to winemaking is to let nature do as much talking as possible. Everything is hand-harvested and Huchet maintains the utmost respect for the flora and fauna in his vineyards.

Pairing guide
This beautiful Sauvignon Blanc blend is a true testament to the winemaker’s art, showcasing the ideal balance of varieties to really allow the best characteristics of the grape to shine. It’s a wonderful wine to pair with green vegetables and soft herbs like parsley, coriander and chervil, and it’s also going to be especially good with firm white fish such as cod and haddock. Goat’s cheese and mozzarella dishes are never a bad idea with this wine, and it’s also going to be fabulous with grilled chicken breasts, spicy Thai curries and fish like sea bass cooked in the Sichuan style with plenty of fiery chillies!
