Details
Grower's Club Savvy-B is a straight-up sunshine sip - think passionfruit, green apple, and gooseberry vibes with a hint of white melon and fig in the mix. There’s a subtle grassy note and a whisper of minerality to keep it feeling crisp and clean. It’s dry, zippy, and super refreshing - nothing too serious, just an easygoing, fruit-forward Sauv!
Origin: Likely France, but unconfirmed. Possibly a wild grape variety that was indigenous to multiple areas in slightly different forms. Mainly Grown In: France, New Zealand, Italy, Chile, the USA, South Africa, and Australia. Key Facts: If you’re a fan of a lime twist in your drinks, the smell of fresh-cut grass in the morning, and have been told you are intense or that "you sure stand out in a crowd", you’ve met your match. Sauvignon Blanc is an all-dials-at-max kind of grape, which means it's going to fist pump your senses with its intense (and sometimes pungent) aromas, mouth-watering freshness and cleansing herbaceous character. As one of the most planted white grapes in the world, it’s no wonder it has claimed hearts in various styles; It can be lean and zesty when it’s from cooler climates and fuller and more tropical when grown in warmer ones. Fun Fact: Sauvignon Blanc has a French bestie, Semillon. They are famously blended together in the region of Bordeaux.

Pairing guide
The Grower's Club Sauv is all about freshness - zippy, vibrant, and made for good food and good company. It’s the ultimate pour for easy lunches, garden picnics, or laid-back dinner hangs. Pair it with anything green and bright - think asparagus, green beans, peas, or a herby goat’s cheese salad. It’s also spot-on with grilled chicken or turkey, light fish dishes, or spiced-up seafood like curried mackerel. Basically, if it’s fresh, herby, or has a squeeze of lemon, this Sauv is here for it.
