Details
Made from Tempranillo and Garnacha, this is a slightly smoky rosé, with top notes of ripe strawberries and cream, but with a lovely, earthy accent in the mouth. This is good fun and easy drinking. It'll work well with food but don't feel bad about sipping on a few glasses on their own.
Nestled in sunny La Mancha, Spain, Gobeum's winery is a fusion of tradition and innovation. Picture this: rolling vineyards kissed by the Spanish sun, where grapes dance to the rhythm of skilled winemakers. At Gobeum, they’re all about diversity - think Tempranillo's boldness mingling with Verdejo's aromatic charm. Their secret? A mix of classic wisdom and cutting-edge techniques that elevate every sip. But it’s not just about the wine - it's a commitment to Mother Nature. Gobeum nurtures its vineyards sustainably, ensuring each bottle tells a story of harmony between land and flavour. In short, Gobeum isn’t just a winery; it’s a celebration of Spanish wine at great value price points. We love their range from top to bottom - a fantastic take on some of the country's most notable grape varieties.

Pairing guide
This delicious organic rosé packs in mountains of delicious red fruit flavours alongside plentiful freshness, making it a wonderful choice for pairing with a wide range of tasty dishes. We reckon it’s best served alongside salmon dishes - especially blackened salmon or cajun recipes - as well as with ham and tomato pasta dishes, green olives, capers and all kinds of salty cheese and charcuterie options. Roast chicken thighs, couscous salads with pomegranate and fresh herbs, and halloumi wraps would also be excellent options to try.

Wine region
Castilla-La Mancha, Spain
La Mancha is a wine region in Spain known for its hot and dry climate, high altitude vineyards, and significant grape production the top sub-regions are Almansa, Jumilla, and Manchuela, each with its own unique wine styles. The terroir across these regions can be characterized by the high chalk content of its soil, which helps to retain moisture during the arid summers. The top wine styles produced in La Mancha are primarily red wines made from the Tempranillo grape, including the well-known Crianza and the top tier Reserva styles, as well as Garnacha, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah. However, the region also produces some white wines made from the fruity Airen grape, which is a native varietal of La Mancha and one of the most widely planted white grape varieties in the world.
