This Pét Nat is a blend of the rare and local Montuni, Trebbiano and Pinot Bianco (Blanc). Deliciously sweet and attractive on the nose, complete with hints of candied lemon and orange and burnt sugar. Clean on the palate, with a slightly yeasty, cider-y finish.

This delicious Pet Nat from the consistently-fantastic Folicello is a real crowd-pleaser, and perfect for serving at dinner parties, lunch dates and gatherings of friends and food. Fried and breaded light bites are definitely recommended here, as are spicy saltfish fritters, battered fish or chicken goujons, crispy tofu creations and rice or noodles recipes.
