This is a lean white blend of 50/50 Chardonnay and Macabeo (or Viura) with a lovely mineral, grapefruit accent. The palate is supple and round, with fleshy notes of lemon and a touch of passionfruit leading to a tight, gravelly finish. Easy-drinking stuff with a pretty 'fancy' label!

This winemaking change can also affect the body and texture of the wine, leading to a totally different drinking experience.
